Last year on Mizzou Giving Day, the Rocky Mountain Tigers raised $6,567.40 for our scholarship program. With the generous support from Mizzou alumni and friends, we awarded $10,000 in student scholarships last year to support students from Colorado heading to Mizzou, and we will award $12,000 this year! This year, the Mizzou Alumni Association will make an additional $500 donation to our scholarship program for every 10 unique donors, ($10 minimum donation per unique donor).
We also have Mizzou Giving Day inspired donation clubs!
• 14er Club: Joined with a donation of just $14 on Mizzou Giving Day
• 5280 Club: Joined with a donation of of $52.80 or more on Mizzou Giving Day
All new 5280 Club members will be entered into a drawing for two tickets to our suite during Mizzou Night at the Nuggets on March 27!
14er Challenge: There are 58 mountains in Colorado with an elevation of 14,000′ or more (14ers). We’ve set a goal to have 58 donors this year, one for each of the 58 14ers in Colorado. Reaching this challenge alone would mean $2,500 in additional donation to our scholarship program from the Mizzou Alumni Association (at $500 donation to our scholarship program for every 10 unique donors, $10 minimum donation per unique donor).
